I am a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (L.M.F.T.) Prior to receiving my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Southern Nazarene University, I was both an educator and a training specialist. I have received specialized training in issues related to parenting and couple relationships. I also recently completed an intensive training course in Postpartum Depression conducted by Karen Kleiman, coauthor of the book, "This Isn't What I Expected" and director of the Postpartum Stress Center. I have also had the opportunity to work extensively with clients experiencing depression and anxiety related to specific life circumstances and transitions.
In addition to providing therapeutic services, as a former educator and corporate trainer, I am uniquely qualified to offer psychoeducational training.
